Privacy Policy
This policy explains how your data is handled when you visit the zeltrayazilim.com website and when you write to us through the contact form.
This policy covers only the zeltrayazilim.com website. Data processed in our products that are in use, such as Çetele, is governed by product-specific agreements and privacy terms. This text is under legal review.
Website visits
zeltrayazilim.com uses advertising and measurement cookies only if you consent: Google Analytics for visit statistics, and Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure ad conversions. Without your consent these tools are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page. Your language and theme preferences are stored only in your browser. Beyond that, the technical logs kept by the hosting infrastructure (such as IP address, browser information and request time) are processed.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form or a product "notify me" sign-up, the information you enter (name, company, email, phone, message) is forwarded to us by email through our email provider Resend. For "notify me" sign-ups, your email address is also stored so we can let you know when the product is ready. Your IP address is processed briefly to prevent abuse. This information is used solely to respond to your request.
Data security
Site traffic is carried over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the people responding to a request have access to the emails that reach us.
Product data
Data processed in Çetele, the Zeltra Ads pilot and our other products is not covered by this policy. A product-specific agreement and privacy notice apply to that data.
Free website audit
The web address you enter in the audit tool is processed together with the page's publicly available content, technical measurements and a screenshot to generate a report. Google PageSpeed Insights is used for measurement and Anthropic's Claude model for interpretation. The name and email address you share for the full report are stored to send you the report and respond to your request. Reports are deleted after 30 days.
Visit statistics
To understand how the site is used, we use an anonymous, cookie-free measurement tool that does not identify visitors (Vercel Web Analytics). Aggregate data such as page views and approximate location is kept; no personal profiles are created.
